This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle deliveries for food, snacks, groceries and other items ordered through Shops & Me.

Thank you for choosing Shops & Me. Our goal is to provide reliable and timely delivery of your orders from local vendors to your doorstep in and around Bellampalli.

Delivery zones

We currently deliver within specific zones in Bellampalli and nearby localities. The availability of the Service depends on your exact address. The app will show whether your location is serviceable when you select or update your delivery address.

For most food and grocery orders, delivery is done on the same day to maintain freshness. During peak hours, festivals or adverse weather, actual delivery times may be longer than usual.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, the Vendor receives the order details and starts preparing or packing the Goods. After this, a delivery partner is assigned to pick up the order and deliver it to your address.

If a Vendor is unable to accept your order (for example, item out of stock, shop closed, etc.), you will be notified and any payment made may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, location, order value and ongoing offers. The applicable fee is clearly shown on the checkout screen before you confirm the order. Shops & Me may offer free or discounted delivery as part of promotional campaigns.

Minimum order value

Some Vendors may specify a minimum order value for delivery. If your cart does not meet the minimum value, you may be asked to add more items or pay additional charges, as displayed in the app.

Contactless delivery

You can mention specific delivery instructions at checkout (for example, “leave at gate”, “hand over to security”, etc.). Our delivery partners will try to follow these instructions as far as practical, while maintaining safety for both you and the partner.

Issues with delivery

We will coordinate with the Vendor and the delivery partner to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Force majeure

Shops & Me is not liable for delays or failures in delivery arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, lockdowns, strikes, network issues or government restrictions.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
